Zenso Creative, LLC, TERMS OF USE (“AGREEMENT”)

Please read these Terms of Use (“Agreement”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using http://www.zensocreative.com (“the Site”) operated by Zenso Creative, LLC and its affiliates (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at http:// www.zensocreative.com and participation in any offline events offered by Zenso Creative, LLC. By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, and/or participating in any offline events such as workshops or retreats, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Eligibility Services provided by Zenso Creative, LLC are for users who are 13 years or older and reside in the United States (including its territories and possessions) or those outside the United States that consent to use Zenso Creative, LLC Services in accordance with U.S. laws, these Terms of use and the Privacy Policy. You may be required to provide registration information in order to access the Zenso Creative, LLC Services. You must provide correct, current and complete information. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the truth and accuracy of such information. You agree that we may take steps to verify the information you provide, including contact information for a parent or guardian. Your Zenso Creative, LLC Services account is personal to you and you may not transfer it to nor share it with any other party. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Passwords and you agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your Passwords or other security breaches. Although Zenso Creative, LLC will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of Zenso Creative, LLC or others due to such unauthorized use.
Intellectual Property The Site, course materials, images, resource guides, and other original content, features and functionality are owned by Zenso Creative, LLC and/or third parties and are protected by domestic and/or international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and/or other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. By using the Site or participating in offline events, you agree not to copy, alter, delete, share, publish, recreate, download, stream, capture or otherwise misuse content except as provided for in the Terms of Use.
Use Users of the site or participants in offline events, may recreate tangible products learned through workshops provided by Zenso Creative, LLC, for personal or commercial use, however; any written content, instructional materials, resource guides, or other Intellectual Property owned by Zenso Creative, LLC may not be reproduced, sold or otherwise used in any other manner for personal or commercial purposes which violate or infringe upon the ownership of Intellectual Property of Zenso Creative, LLC.
Zenso Creative, LLC provides the opportunity for its users to share work created through registration of one or more of its workshops or events. Participants who share work, acknowledge and verify that any uploaded images are original work created by them and will not alter, upload or otherwise provide content or images of other’s works. Users who share work may be added to a Student Gallery and images and/or Testimonials or other information sent to Zenso Creative, LLC as a result may be used for marketing and promotional not limited to: use on websites, social media and print materials. Images and testimonials will contain the user’s first name, last initial, city and state according to our Privacy Policy.
Prohibited Actions You may not harrass, bully or otherwise disrupt or inflict any abuse on others using our Site or any of the services of Zenso Creative, LLC or to further interfere or block another user’s ability to use these services.
You may not alter or enter any code, advertisements, malicious malware, viruses, block content, or any other unauthorized use of the Site or Data of ours or any other third party.
You may not SPAM or otherwise upload any bulk communications, garner information about other users of Zenso Creative, LLC services or products and may not misrepresent yourself or others.
You may not be under 13 years old to use this Site.
Termination We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, for any violation of our Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use.
Links To Other Sites Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by Zenso Creative, LLC. Zenso Creative, LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.
Governing Law This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Payments For Goods & Services Payments from this site are in US Dollars (United States Dollars) unless otherwise stated. Please verify payment currency on the payment checkout screen. All payments are final once made and no refunds are granted or implied.
Changes To This Agreement We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
